1. How is Beeliner different from other web/email software products?
Beeliner is unique for a many of reasons. Top is our "HTML email survey." Beeliner can send your survey as an HTML-formatted survey that most email software can display. Participants can view and respond to a survey using only their email software, no web browser is needed. For participants with email software that cannot handle HTML, Beeliner sends an alternate web link for the participant to use on the Beeliner server. Due to the large amount of different web software applications that are using around the world, as well as their version and platform (Mac, PC, etc.), this was a very difficult task from a software development perspective. But it is completely worth it as we see higher response rates with HTML email surveys versus surveys that a participant must click on a link to view the survey.
Beeliner is also frequently applauded as a very easy to use software program. The steps of survey creation, sending, and reporting are sequenced in a series of tabs that makes the whole process of creating, sending and analyzing your first survey speedy, easy and efficient.
2. What markets are most active in online surveying?

This means that you won't be bombarded with emails and there's no manual tabulation of responses needed.
